- Stay informed about company policies and changes in financial regulations to provide accurate information.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service, preferably in a financial setting
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
