- Greet customers and take food or beverage orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks following company standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, counters, and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation, packaging, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests in a professional manner.
- Operate cash registers and process payments accurately.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic working environment.
- Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in food service or customer service (advantageous).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work well as part of a team.
