Job Requirements:
- Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- with At least 4-5 years of experience as HR Business Partner or Generalist
- with experience in BPO working set-up
- Amendable to attend interviews.
- Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading initiatives on employee engagement, performance management, and talent retention
- Providing insights and recommendations to improve workforce stability and optimize manpower planning.
- Preparing HR reports and presentations for leadership review and client meetings as needed.
- Partnering with operations and support leaders to identify workforce needs and develop HR solutions that support business objectives.
- Conducting skip-level meetings, focus group discussions, and pulse surveys to assess employee morale and engagement.
