HR Business Partner Lead

Qualifications:
- BSHRDM/any related course
- At least 3 years experience in the different fields of HR, preferably with employee relations, recruitment, training and compensation and benefits exposure.
- Ability to craft and analyze data to influence decision-making.
- Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including Philippine labor and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Align HR initiatives with business goals to build capacity, sustainability, and workforce readiness.
- Employee Relations & Morale: Proactively work with management to resolve complex employee relations, build morale, and drive talent retention.
- Performance & Talent Management: Oversee performance appraisals, drive engagement programs, and support succession planning for key roles.
- HR Operations & Governance: Ensure compliance with labor laws (such as Philippine employment regulations), manage HR metrics, and enforce company policies.
- Leadership: Coach and manage the HR team to meet or exceed SLAs and project deadlines.
