Position: Spanish Customer Support
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000
Work Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM onwards (Graveyard shift), 2 days off
Work set-up: Work Onsite

Requirements :
- Proficient in Spanish language both verbal and written
- Can Communicate in English (Conversational)
- At least two years of college required or completion of a vocational course or any related.
- With Customer Service experience is a big Advantage
- Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
Responsibilities :
- Provide assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in Spanish and English.
- Listen and resolve customer's concerns, issues, or questions
- Analyze and resolve problems received from the customer
- Prepare reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Perform other related tasks needed
