Description - Prepare and examine financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement effective accounting practices and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure timely reporting of financial information to management.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours
