Job Responsibilities
* Maintain the company’s bookkeeping and accounting records.
* Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.
* Prepare payroll and salary computations.
* Assist with financial reports and other accounting-related tasks.
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
1. Financial & Tax Management
• Handle full-set accounting and prepare financial and management reports
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings in compliance with BIR regulations
• Conduct basic tax planning to optimize tax costs and minimize risks
2. Compliance & Administrative Affairs
• Process company registration, amendments, and closure with SEC / DTI
• Handle renewal of business permits (e.g., Mayor’s Permit) and other licenses
• Ensure compliance with daily administrative and regulatory requirements
3. Business Support & Special Tasks
• Assist in handling import/export customs clearance in the Philippines
• Follow up on local product certifications (e.g., ICC, BPS) for overseas warehouse goods
