Marketing Officer

Marketing Administration - Process and manage administrative requirements including contracts, purchase orders (PO) specifically for marketing-related contracts and vendor payments, and permit applications (DTI, ASC, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely submission and approval of documents
- Provide support during planning and execution of marketing initiatives across digital, OOH, KOL, print, and mall advertising
Campaign & Team Support
- Assist the marketing team in brainstorming and developing campaign ideas
- Support coordination of marketing meetings, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide minimal graphic assistance for basic marketing and in-store materials when needed
Store Visits & Market Insights
- Assist the Marketing Officer in conducting store visits
- Ensure all in-store marketing collaterals are updated, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
- Observe and report on competitor activities including displays, pricing, promotions, and branding
- Gather customer feedback and insights on product experience and brand perception
- Support evaluation of potential sponsorships and brand partnerships to enhance brand exposure
- Assist in the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies
Graphics & Collateral Support
- Provide basic graphic support for internal and marketing needs (e.g., certificates, IDs, trophies, and admin requests)
- Assist in general creative executions.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of marketing channels and campaign execution
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
