Marketing Officer

The Marketing Officer is responsible for executing the company's brand strategies and lead generation activities. The goal is to build brand awareness and maintain a consistent pipeline of inbound inquiries through digital and traditional channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, and Communications
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Social Media Management, or a Similar Role.
- Excellent in communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Implement and Monitor campaigns to drive high-quality leads
- Content Management Create and Schedule engaging content across all official social media platforms.
- Process Automation: Manage automated response system to ensure fast turnaround for inquiries.
- Performance Tracking: Prepare weekly reports on campaign reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Market Research: Monitor Industry trends and competitor activities to keep our strategies updated.
Preferred Skills
- Analytical: Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing improvements.
- Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Familiarity with paid ads and boosting strategies
- Content creation, ideation, and analytics is a strong advantage.
