Procurement and Property Management Officer
Cobden & Carter International
Role: Support the day-to-day management of company facilities, procurement activities, and logistics requirements. This role ensures efficient coordination of vendors, timely delivery of goods and services, and compliance with company policies and standards.
Property & Facilities Support
- Upkeep and coordination of office facilities and leased properties.
- Coordinate with landlords, building administrators, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, utilities, and office services.
- Asset monitoring and basic facilities reporting.
Procurement Support
- End-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, canvassing, vendor coordination, and purchase order processing.
- Maintain accurate supplier records, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor vendor performance and escalate service issues when necessary.
- Ensure procurement transactions comply with internal policies and control procedures.
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for office supplies, equipment, and company assets, including deliveries, transfers, and storage.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Coordinate with couriers, transport providers, and internal teams for inter-office transfers.
- Maintain logistics and delivery records for tracking and reporting purposes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in property, facilities and procurement roles with supervisory experience.
- Solid understanding of procurement and logistics processes and internal controls. Experience in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and courier services.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
