- Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist in problem resolution and troubleshooting for customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience Level: At least 2.5 years of relevant experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, excellent customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with potential for shift work.
