SENIOR MARKETING ASSOCIATE

MAJOR FUNCTION AND DUTIES
- Conducts market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Develops and executes marketing campaigns to achieve growth goals.
- Analyzes market demand, pricing, and revenue potential to guide decision-making.
- Prepares marketing materials, proposals, and reports aligned with brand and business goals.
- Aligns market insights with client relations and revenue plans.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARD
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Bachelor of Marine Transportation or Marine Engineering, or any related field.
Professional Experience:
• At least 2–3 years of experience in market research, strategic marketing, or business development.
Experience in maritime training, shipping, crewing, sales or marketing is an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes:
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for interpreting market data and revenue projections.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data visualization software.
• In-depth understanding of market research methodologies, benchmarking, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and presentation.
• High attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
• Professionalism, integrity, and initiative in handling multiple marketing and business tasks.
