- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide information on features and benefits.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction and drive service excellence.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience in customer support.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
