Business Process & Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process workflows.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process and system improvements.
• Coordinate with business users, IT, developers, QA, and vendors to deliver system enhancements and

projects.

• Support system configuration, product setup, testing, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist in project planning, implementation, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and project

records. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or similar role.

• Experience in business process engineering/improvement and handling system and operational projects.
• Experience in the non-life insurance industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of insurance core systems is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system implementation

methodologies.

• Experience in system testing, UAT, and project documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with project management or business analysis tools is

an advantage.
