Corporate Planning and Business Development Manager (Holdings)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or a related field.
- With at least 5 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate planning, business development, investment analysis, or related roles.
- Experience in a conglomerate, diversified group or holding company.
- Strong background in financial modeling, investment evaluation, feasibility studies, budgeting, and business case development.
- Experience in managing strategic projects, business expansion initiatives, partnerships or M&A activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with business unit leaders, executives, investors, government agencies, and external partners.
- Develop and implement corporate and business unit strategic plans.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
- Monitor business performance against strategic objectives and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Support leadership in setting growth targets and long-term business priorities.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and partnerships.
- Perform feasibility studies, market assessments, and business case development.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
- Explore expansion and diversification opportunities across existing and emerging sectors.
- Perform financial analysis, valuations, and investment assessments.
- Develop financial models to support investment and strategic decisions.
- Create business cases, feasibility studies and proposals.
- Monitor the performance of business units and recommend growth strategies.
- Support capital allocation and portfolio optimization initiatives.
- Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and recommendations for Management and Board discussions.
- Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
