Job Summary
Supports the execution of revenue-generating initiatives for Filinvest Event Venues (The Filinvest Tent) and the in-house printing business. The role focuses on implementing sales and marketing activities, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and improving turnaround time and team coordination to help achieve team revenue targets and booking growth.Duties and Responsibilities
1. Sales and Marketing of The Filinvest Tent
- Assist in the execution of sales and marketing initiatives to drive bookings and maximize venue occupancy, aligned with team revenue targets.
- Coordinate with clients, event organizers, and partners for inquiries, oculars, and bookings to support client conversion and booking growth.
- Support lead generation efforts and help secure new clients and partnerships.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat bookings and support full-year targets.
- Monitor bookings, utilization, and revenue performance against targets.
- Help improve turnaround time of client requirements, proposals, and overall coordination.
2. In-House Printing Business of Filinvest Malls
- Support daily operations of the in-house printing business, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
- Liaise with internal teams and external clients for printing requirements and project coordination.
- Assist in preparing quotations, cost estimates, and monitoring project profitability.
- Help identify and coordinate with potential external clients to support revenue growth.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of printed materials to drive client satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Other Functions
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day execution of tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Creatives, Operations, Finance) to improve workflow and team coordination.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and performance updates related to sales, bookings, and projects.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.
