Qualifications:
● BS Accountancy graduate
● At least 1 year work experience in Accountancy
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Computer literate
● Possesses strong leadership and organizational skills
Duties and Responsibilities
● BIR Returns:
a. Expanded Withholding Tax
b. Final Withholding Tax
c. Compensation Withholding Tax
d. Documentary Stamp Tax
e. Percentage Tax
f. VAT Return
g. Income Tax
● Prepares Creditable Withholding Income Tax at Source for BIR
● Handles Cancelled and Stale Checks
● Prepares schedule and lapsing for Fixed Assets:
a. Rental Vehicles
b. Furniture & Fixtures
c. Shop Equipment
d. Computer Hardware
e. Leasehold Improvements
f. Intangible Assets, etc.
● Prepares schedule and amortization for Prepaid Expenses:
a. Prepaid Expenses – Others
b. Vehicle Insurance
c. Taxes & Licenses
d. Prepaid Insurance – Others
e. RFID
● Summary, checking, and finalization of Stock Issuance
● Recording and closing of related accounts for Sold Vehicle Units
● Monitoring of Income Statement and checking if accounts correspond to Cost Center or vice versa
● Prepares External Audit requirements
● Prepares, maintains, and submits the requirements for the renewal of Business Permit
● Prepares, maintains, and submits other BIR requirements to their main office
● Checking of clearing dates for check and online transfer transactions
● Adjusting entries and reconciliation of handled accounts
● Closing advances to suppliers
Other assignments that the Accounting Supervisor may assign from time to time.
