We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in media planning, media buying, and paid advertising campaign management across Asia Pacific. This role is responsible for developing, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels, ensuring advertising investments deliver strong commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing media budgets, optimizing campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions, while also possessing working knowledge of SEO, tagging implementation, and website content management.

How You'll Shine

Driving Media Planning & Buying Excellence

• Develop and execute digital media plans aligned with business objectives and target audiences.

• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Display, TikTok, and other digital channels .

• Allocate and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve acquisition targets.

• Conduct audience segmentation, targeting, retargeting, and campaign forecasting.

• Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization strategies to improve results.

• Lead testing initiatives across creatives, messaging, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.

• Work closely with creative and business stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with commercial goals.

Managing Performance Marketing Campaigns

• Own end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, launch, optimization, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.

• Analyze channel performance, attribution data, and conversion trends to guide investment decisions.

• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and improve media efficiency.

Supporting Marketing Technology & Analytics

• Manage and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations and tracking requirements.

• Configure and analyze campaign performance within GA4 .

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide stakeholder visibility.

• Ensure tracking accuracy and data integrity through ongoing audits and optimization.

Supporting Digital Growth Initiatives

• Support SEO activities to improve organic visibility and search performance.

• Manage and update website content through WordPress .

• Collaborate on landing page enhancements and digital experience improvements to strengthen campaign outcomes.

What You'll Bring

Required Experience

• 3+ years' hands-on experience in media planning, media buying, and digital performance marketing.

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, Display, and TikTok .

• Strong experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaign spend to achieve commercial objectives.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into optimization actions.

• Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, segmentation, and bid strategy management.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution, and conversion tracking.

Preferred Experience

• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) .

• Experience with SEO best practices and search performance optimization.

• Experience managing website content using WordPress .

• Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio .

• Exposure to CRM platforms including HubSpot or Salesforce.
