Description - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HVAC systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment.
- Document all service activities and customer interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HVAC systems, excellent communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, customer-oriented mindset.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call duties.
