a. Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Electronics/Electrical Technology
- With at least 1 year work experience in preventive maintenance of auxiliary systems.
- Familiar with configuration, estimating or troubleshooting of auxiliary systems.
- Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance
- Computer literate
- Has good communication skills
- Willing to do field works on a daily basis.
- Must be residing near the area coverage indicated below:
- Office Location: Laguna
- Area Coverage: Cluster 12 – Laguna
- Office Location: Quezon City
- Area Coverage: Cluster 7A – Taguig City
- Office Location: Pampanga
- Area Coverage: Cluster 8 – Bulacan, Pampanga
Note: Those who are based in the provinces must be willing to be trained in our head office in Quezon City for 3 to 4 weeks. Accommodation and meal allowances are provided.
b. Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of auxiliary systems (CCTV, FDAS, Access Control, etc.)
- Conduct site surveys and assist in preparation of technical estimates and material take-offs.
- Troubleshoot and repair system issues on-site
- Install and test auxiliary systems
- Prepare service and maintenance reports
- Coordinate with clients regarding technical concerns
- Assist in system configuration and basic programming
- Follow safety standards during field work
