Job Title: Assistant Vice President – Commercial & Operations
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across key business units
- Plays a critical role in scaling the company's distribution network, optimizing partner performance, and delivering sustainable business growth
- Oversees the Portfolio Acquisition and Management, Merchant Acquisition and Management, Retail Business, and Sales Operations departments
- Provides strategic direction and leadership across commercial, partnerships, and operations functions
- Builds, mentors, and develops high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the fintech, payments, or financial services industry is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience in portfolio management and performance optimization
- Proven expertise in merchant acquisition, onboarding systems, and lifecycle management
- Expertise in retail operations management (multi-site/kiosk operations)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, commercial management, or a related leadership role
