Technical Sales - Quezon City

We are looking for a Technical Sales to join our flagship store in SM North. The role combines technical product knowledge and sales skills to assist customers, demonstrate products, and provide after-sales support. You’ll play a key part in ensuring an excellent in-store experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehousing operations, including inventory monitoring, stock organization, and storage management.
- Handle online and pickup orders, ensuring timely processing, coordination, and fulfillment.
- Process walk-in customer transactions, including payments, invoicing, and POS system operations.
- Manage approved refunds, discounts, and other sales-related transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Respond to and coordinate after-sales inquiries, customer concerns, and service requests.
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to retail clients.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships within the 3D printing and electronics market.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to recommend appropriate solution s.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotional activities and sales campaigns.
- Track and report sales metrics, product feedback, and market insights.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting or technical issues related to products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in electronics and 3D printing technology.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in retail, technical sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Knowledge in technical or electronic products is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite at SM North (including weekends/holidays).
