Farm Admin Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain cleanliness and order in Residence Hall, Mess Hall, and farm facilities
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and improvements
- Assist visitors with food and lodging arrangements
- Manage food budget, snacks availability, and weekly menu review
- Prepare budgets, track inventory, and submit weekly reports
- Supervise Residence Hall operations and hold team meetings
- Oversee Farm Canteen (inventory, stocking, sales control)
- Support Farm Managers in implementing company policies
- Suggest improvements to admin services and farm production
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any course.
- 2-3 years of experience as an admin supervisor.
- Experience in administrative, facility management, or operations support.
- Basic accounting and financial monitoring skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying improvements.
