Location: Cebu City (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Workdays: Monday to Friday We’re hiring a Retail Sales Supervisor to oversee daily retail operations, ensure compliance with SOPs, and drive marketing initiatives. This role combines operational leadership, staff supervision, and promotional strategy to deliver excellent customer experiences and achieve business goals. Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of store manuals, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure smooth store operations and adherence to SOPs.
- Coordinate with departments on store openings.
- Monitor inventory levels and employee performance.
- Provide staff training and address concerns on sales, scheduling, and displays.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across print, digital, and broadcast channels.
- Conduct customer surveys, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Create and manage promotional materials and sales incentives.
- Collaborate with third‑party marketing agencies when needed.
- Perform other assigned functions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of supervisory or team lead experience in retail operations.
- Strong knowledge of daily retail operations, including opening/closing, inventory control, and staffing.
- Familiarity with sales reporting, performance analysis, and compliance standards.
- Excellent customer service skills, including upselling and complaint resolution.
- Proven experience in supervising, scheduling, and training retail staff.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory systems, receiving procedures, stock rotation, and loss prevention.
