Production Supervisor

Location: Cebu City (Onsite and Stay-in) Job Type: Full-time Workdays: 26 days duty with 4 days day off We’re hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee animal health monitoring, disease prevention, and compliance with biosecurity protocols. This role ensures proper implementation of SOPs, vaccination programs, and staff schedules while coordinating closely with the Farm Manager to maintain livestock health and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict compliance with farm biosecurity protocols.
- Conduct daily rounds to monitor animal health conditions.
- Identify and treat sick animals promptly.
- Diagnose diseases or abnormalities through observation for proper treatment.
- Track and report mortality and morbidity rates across supervised departments.
- Oversee vaccination programs based on established protocols.
- Monitor SOP implementation in Farrowing and Wean‑to‑Finish operations.
- Plan and manage staff schedules to meet manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with the Farm Manager on operational concerns.
- Perform other assigned functions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in swine farm operations.
- Willingness to stay on‑site at the farm in Pinamungajan, Cebu.
- Strong adaptability and problem‑solving skills.
