What We Are Looking For: Required Education: Graduate of Culinary Arts or Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) Culinary Specialties: Strong expertise and proven experience in both Spanish and Filipino cuisine. Global Experience: Must have work experience abroad (international kitchen experience is a requirement). Culinary Excellence: Advanced skills in menu planning, recipe execution, and high-end plating. Tasting menu and fire/asian-grill techniques are a big plus. Strong Leadership: Proven track record of managing kitchen teams and maintaining high morale under intense time pressure. Airport Ready: Comfortable working within airport security procedures, logistics constraints, and fast-paced flight-schedule timelines. Cost & Vendor Savvy: Proficient in inventory systems, yield tracking, and keeping food costs profitable. Certifications: Food safety and HACCP certifications are highly preferred. Great Communicator: Able to articulate ideas smoothly with internal stakeholders and elite partner chefs. What You Will Do: Lead Operations: Oversee day-to-day kitchen performance, ensuring world-class food quality, consistency, and presentation. Collaborate with Masters: Execute and maintain a premium collaborative menu aligned with the brand guidelines of 3 renowned partner chefs. Build the Dream Team: Train, schedule, and inspire a highly disciplined, efficient, and motivated kitchen crew.
