Our Branch Banking Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in different locations nationwide with the role of Store Manager (Branch Head).

What the role will entail
- Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by selling its products and services
- Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them
- Implement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase new bank customers, and maximize existing customers' share of wallet
- Mentor and coach the branch sales team
- Approve transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that would impact customer satisfaction and relationships
- Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank
- Perform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in business or any related field
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent role within the banking industry
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering lasting customer relationships
