Accounting Specialist

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for clients or organizations.
- Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide tax planning, preparation, and compliance services for individuals and businesses.
- Advise clients on financial strategies, investments, and risk management.
- Perform internal control assessments and recommend improvements to enhance financial processes.
- Conduct forensic accounting investigations to uncover financial fraud or irregularities.
- Assist clients with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare and file tax returns, including individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to address financial issues and achieve business goals.
- Stay updated on accounting principles, tax laws, and industry regulations to provide accurate and timely advice.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferably
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in public accounting, auditing, tax preparation, or financial consulting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations, including Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and MS Excel with advanced functions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
- Commitment to ethical conduct and professional integrity
- Willing to work in Binondo, Manila
