I. POSITION SUMMARY:
This position reports to the Operations Team Lead and works closely with other members of the Sales-Operations team of the assigned sales region. This is an entry staff level position at dataSpring, working to ensure that superior client service is delivered.
II. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Sales-Operations Tasks :
- Performs bidding to project management tasks of sample only projects under the supervision of the Operations Team Lead.
- Evaluates client's request against dataSpring's capability to supply sample and provide other appropriate services, and prepares full quotation and proposal accordingly.
- Identifies issues, manages scope, controls risks, and implements corresponding solutions.
- Effectively coordinates with clients, partners, and internal team members to ensure successful completion of project requirements within the agreed budget and time frame.
- Works efficiently with third party suppliers to fully deliver project requirements.
- Tests surveys and troubleshoots basic technical issues.
- Escalates outstanding RFQ/project-related issues to Operations Team Lead.
III. ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Physical Requirements & Working Environment:
- This is an office environment and typical physical demands apply.
- Will work on the dayshift but must be open to working flexible hours, as needed, to communicate efficiently with Global clients and members in other dS offices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Above average written and verbal communications skills in English are required in order to communicate effectively with co-workers, partners, clients and other parties.
- Highly analytical and with innovative mind-set.
- Passion with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is a must.
- Ability to display empathy and ability to get along well with different personalities.
- Experience in dealing with other cultures and diverse work environments is preferred.
- Must be a passionate, dynamic and sincere individual who thrives on being part of a growing Team.
