About the role
Flexiown is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Facebook and TikTok paid advertising to help expand our online reach, generate customer leads, and increase sales.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and TikTok.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Handle ad placement processes, audience targeting, campaign setup, and budget allocation.
- Monitor campaign performance, advertising costs, and lead generation results.
- Analyze campaign data and optimize advertisements to improve engagement, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align advertising campaigns with company sales targets.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends, platform policies, and campaign optimization techniques.
About you
- Proven hands-on experience in Facebook and TikTok paid advertising.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, including campaign setup and ad placements.
- Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, advertising budgets, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze advertising metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or lead-generation campaigns is an advantage.
