About the role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join the marketing and communications team at HH GROUP OF COMPANIES. This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila . As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and assisting with the development of marketing materials that drive brand awareness and engagement. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic marketing environment whilst contributing to the company's growth objectives.What you'll be doing
Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Assisting in the creation and editing of marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and promotional collateral
Conducting market research and gathering competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies
Managing social media accounts and engaging with audience members to build brand community
Coordinating logistics for marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities
Tracking and analysing marketing campaign performance metrics and reporting on results
Supporting administrative tasks related to marketing operations, including scheduling, filing, and database management
Liaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing initiatives are executed on schedule and within budget
Assisting in the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials
Supporting customer feedback collection and market analysis initiatives
What we're looking for
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms
Basic graphic design skills or experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite (preferred)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Demonstrated creativity and ability to contribute fresh ideas to marketing initiatives
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Customer-focused mindset with enthusiasm for brand building
Ability to work independently and take initiative whilst receiving direction from senior marketing staff
Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or event coordination (preferred)
