Sr. Associate - Operations (Travel agent)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist travelers with bookings and inquiries for Leisure and Corporate Travel
- Book air, hotel, and car reservations through GDS using cryptic commands.
- Handle ticketing, reissues, exchanges, and refunds
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- At least a high school graduate
- 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Travel Sabre, Amadeus, or other GDS platforms
- Strong GDS proficiency; knowledgeable in IATA geography
- Willing to work onsite and can start ASAP
