Description - Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, cultures, and accommodations to enhance client experiences.
- Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot travel-related issues in a timely manner.
- Keep up-to-date with travel regulations, restrictions, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in travel coordination or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
