Responsibilities

• Responsible in leading and overseeing the overall operations
• Ensuring that all deliverables are met within agreed cut-off and targets.
• Responsible for the achievement and sustainability of total KPI and In-Process Measures performance against agreed and set targets
• Devises reports and tools that tracks and monitors all measures and operational targets to ensure achievement of KPIs and in-process measures.
• Assess the progress of all teams’ performance on a per shift basis or as often as needed to keep the teams on track
• Initiates meetings, discussions, and programs that seek to continually improve processes through quality tools.
• Responsible in developing leadership qualities and skills in direct reports through coaching, mentoring and hands-on application of acquired learning in room-based trainings and actual on-floor experiences.
• Ensures compliance on policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar contract management or operations leadership role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry in a Supply Chain or warehousing work set-up

• 5 years of experience in logistics, operations management, or a similar role. Experience in managing teams and overseeing warehouse or distribution center operations is highly valued.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-volume client contracts and delivering exceptional results

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements

• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships

• A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is often required.

• Proficient in MS Office suite and experienced in using data analytics tools
