HR ASSISTANT (Learning, Development and Employee Wellness) STO TOMAS BATANGAS
SALARY: 18K-25K
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally within an HR, L&D, or employee engagement capacity.- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage
- Familiarity with ISO, FSSC, GMP, or other compliance training requirements is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong event planning, project coordination, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated empathy, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
