We are currently looking for a highly motivated Leasing Staff to join our growing team. The role is responsible for supporting leasing operations, handling tenant relations, preparing lease documentation, and assisting in client acquisition activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare lease agreements and leasing documents
- Assist prospective tenants and address inquiries professionally
- Conduct client scouting, negotiations, and sales calls
- Create and support leasing marketing initiatives
- Build strong relationships with clients, schools, and networks
- Ensure excellent customer service and tenant support
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willing to do field work
- Chinese background or network is an advantage
Assignment
- Role will eventually be assigned in Iligan.
- Candidates from Iligan must be willing to undergo training in General Santos City for approximately one year prior to the start of operations.
- Candidates from General Santos City must be willing to relocate to Iligan once operations commence.
