Job Summary: - The Technical Staff member will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for various hardware and software systems.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal teams and customers.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions promptly.
- Assist with the setup, testing, and upgrading of technology infrastructure.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure it is up-to-date.
- Monitor and ensure the security of systems, networks, and data.
- Collaborate with other technical staff to improve system performance and user experience.
- Offer training and technical advice to staff members as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and innovations in the field.
- Participate in team meetings to provide insights on technical projects and improvements.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a technical support or IT role.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with common programming languages, operating systems, and network configurations is a plus.
