Description:
- Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure products are presented in an appealing manner.
- Collaborate with the store team to plan promotional displays and layouts.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales trends and customer preferences.
- Assist in training staff on product knowledge and merchandising principles.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in retail merchandising.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to analyze sales data and trends.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment, may involve standing for extended periods.
