- Collaborate with the marketing team to create seasonal displays and promotional setups.
- Conduct inventory management to ensure visual displays are stocked and maintained.
- Analyze sales data to optimize product placement and display effectiveness.
- Train store staff on visual presentation standards and merchandising techniques.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail marketing.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong merchandising skills, inventory management expertise, and proficiency in marketing principles.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and creativity in display design.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to analyze sales data and adjust displays accordingly.
