Guest & Housekeeping Support | Work From Home | Start ASAP
Remote | Full-Time | ₱14,000–₱16,000/month + Bonuses
Are you a smart, reliable, and detail-oriented woman with a heart for hospitality?
We're looking for a dedicated Airbnb Virtual Assistant to help manage guest communication, coordinate housekeeping, and support our Airbnb operations from the comfort of your home .
This is a support role , perfect for someone who’s proactive, fast-learning, and ready to grow with a startup short-term rental business.
- Reply to Airbnb guest messages, booking inquiries, and concerns
- Send check-in/out instructions, confirmations, and reminders
- Email the Property Management Office (PMO) for guest coordination
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and turnover with housekeepers
- Keep a simple booking and housekeeping log sheet
- Occasionally post on Facebook groups and Canva posters if needed
- preferably 22–30 years old
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- With basic Canva and social media knowledge
- Experience in housekeeping or supervising cleaners is a plus
- Must have own laptop/PC, stable internet, and quiet workspace
- Fast learner, organized, and respectful with time and tasks
- Can work full-time (Monday–Saturday), flexible hours
What We Offer:
Fully remote role
₱14,000–₱16,000/month + performance-based bonuses
Training and daily guidance during onboarding
