Branch Manager

- Oversee the daily operations of a fitness center or gym, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and retention.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
- Monitor and manage the budget, including expenses and revenue, to meet financial goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Organize events, promotions, and activities to enhance member engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Proven experience as a branch manager, fitness manager, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the fitness industry and market trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, sales targets, and financial reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using fitness management software and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); a degree in business, sports management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Certification in fitness or personal training (preferred).
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
