A Product Manager oversees the development and lifecycle of a product, ensuring it meets customer needs and aligns with business goals. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, define product vision, prioritize features, and guide the product to success in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and vision.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitor data.
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Prioritize features and manage product backlog.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and development processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Ability to balance technical, business, and customer needs.
