Description - Monitor and manage the parking area to ensure an orderly flow of vehicles.
- Assist customers with parking and retrieving their vehicles efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of the parking area for safety and maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle entries and exits for customer turnover tracking.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all parking regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in vehicle mobilization and parking operations
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Working Conditions: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
