Beverage Cart Attendant

- The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by serving drinks and snacks from a mobile cart to guests in designated areas, such as a golf course or resort. This role involves driving the cart safely, handling transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the cart.
- Operate the beverage cart in designated areas in a safe and courteous manner.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Sell and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and snacks following local guidelines.
- Handle cash and mobile payments accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
- Ensure cart is clean, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and health/safety regulations.
- Report any customer concerns, incidents, or mechanical issues promptly.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- With at least 6 months of experience in customer service, food & beverage, or hospitality (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and customer-oriented.
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended hours.
- Ability to drive and operate a beverage cart (golf cart); with valid driver’s license is a plus.
