Job Descriptions
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for fit-out projects.
- Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction process
- Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts
- Providing regular cost reports and forecasts to project stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating potential cost risks and variances
- Collaborating with the project team to ensure efficient project delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all financial aspects of the project.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably in fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of construction cost estimation, procurement, and contract management
- Proficient in the use of industry-standard cost management software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritize multiple tasks
