Technical Services Engineer

Job Requirements - Candidate must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a closely related field."
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Powerpoint, MS Word and MS Excel.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating product literature, including brochures, manuals, and technical documents.
- Inspect and verify incoming products from abroad to ensure they meet quality and specification standards, and prepare the necessary inspection reports."
- Document all technical concerns and ensure they are communicated to the Technical Manager for appropriate action.
- Conduct product presentations for clients, partners, or internal teams to showcase features, benefits, and technical specifications."
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Manager
