Export Logistics Specialist

Coordinates and monitors all export shipments to ensure timely delivery and full compliance with international regulations.
Prepares and verifies shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.
Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to manage schedules and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, transactions, and logistics performance metrics.
Support process improvements to enhance export efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure visibility and alignment on export status and requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to streamline operations and troubleshoot issues in the logistics chain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working knowledge of international trade laws, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
Understanding of warehouse management, shipping documentation, and freight coordination.
