Marketing Specialist

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote recruitment services.
- Manage company social media accounts, update website content, and post online job openings.
- Create engaging marketing materials (ads, flyers, posts, newsletters) to attract candidates and clients.
- Support employer branding and lead generation initiatives.
- Conduct market research on recruitment trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in organizing job fairs, orientations, and recruitment events.
- Monitor, analyze, and report the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing (experience in recruitment/HR industry is an advantage).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media management, email marketing, SEO, Google Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creative thinker with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
