CRM & Retention Manager - Remote

Key Responsibilities
Own email and SMS strategy and execution in Klaviyo (campaigns, automated flows, SMS).
Build and optimize flows: welcome, browse/cart abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, VIP, win-back.
Segment customers (engaged, dormant, lapsed) with tailored reactivation strategies.
Conduct cohort analysis to understand retention, purchase frequency, and LTV.
Design journeys from first to second purchase to maximize LTV and annual spend.
Grow email/SMS lists via sign-up forms, pop-ups, and lead capture, ensuring deliverability and list health.
Plan and run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and offers.
Report weekly/monthly on channel revenue, flow performance, retention, and LTV.
Collaborate with Graphic Designer (creative) and Shopify Developer (site capture/integrations).
Qualifications 4+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing (ideally DTC fashion, beauty, or e-commerce).
Advanced hands-on Klaviyo experience (email + SMS).
Strong data analytics skills: cohort analysis, segmentation, RFM, LTV modeling.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL a plus.
Proven track record of growing email channels (list growth, revenue share, flow revenue).
Experience with dormant/lapsed customer reactivation programs.
Knowledge of deliverability, list hygiene, and consent rules for email/SMS.
Clear written English and ability to present results to a US-based team.\
Experience with SMS platforms (Attentive, Postscript).
Shopify customer data/reporting experience.
Experience with loyalty/referral programs.
Familiarity with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
