We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, assisting with billing or account-related concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Senior High School graduate (or higher)
- At least 3 months of BPO experience (Airline or Travel account preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules
